為此，螞蟻國際事業(yè)群、智能科技事業(yè)群、HR、財務(wù)和戰(zhàn)略投資板塊將直接向井賢棟匯報，趙穎（芷雪）會擔(dān)任螞蟻金服國際事業(yè)群總裁，全面協(xié)助我推動全球化進(jìn)程。Doug出任螞蟻金服國際事業(yè)群聯(lián)席總裁，負(fù)責(zé)國際戰(zhàn)略合作，國際戰(zhàn)略投資和被投公司投后治理，以及推進(jìn)信用科技和產(chǎn)品的出海。

同時，胡曉明（孫權(quán)）出任螞蟻金服CEO。支付寶事業(yè)群、數(shù)字金融事業(yè)群、CTO線、CMO線、大安全線、智能客戶資金部、全面風(fēng)險管理部、客戶服務(wù)及權(quán)益保障部以及其他中后臺線均向其匯報。

技術(shù)線方面，程立（魯肅）不再擔(dān)任螞蟻金服CTO和螞蟻金服國際事業(yè)群COO，調(diào)任阿里巴巴集團CTO。胡喜（阿璽）會出任螞蟻金服CTO，匯報給孫權(quán)，同時魯肅作為技術(shù)委員會副主席，對阿璽的工作給予專業(yè)指導(dǎo)。

各位螞蟻的同學(xué)：

今年是阿里巴巴成立20周年，也是支付寶成立15周年。從15年前推出擔(dān)保交易機制解決淘寶網(wǎng)買賣雙方不信任的問題開始，到現(xiàn)在用區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)在內(nèi)的新技術(shù)，解決信任這個難題。15年來，我們一直跟“信任”這個人類社會問題死磕，我們相信，用數(shù)字技術(shù)解決好這件事，就能極大地降低商業(yè)領(lǐng)域的信任成本，幫助“讓天下沒有難做的生意”這件事越來越接近現(xiàn)實。

伴隨著阿里和螞蟻的業(yè)務(wù)逐漸走向全球，我們也發(fā)現(xiàn)天下之大，需求之大。很多國家的消費者和小企業(yè)，對數(shù)字技術(shù)的需求遠(yuǎn)比想象中還要強烈。在全球的新技術(shù)變革的背景下，如何滿足這遠(yuǎn)未被滿足的需求，并幫助他們實現(xiàn)價值創(chuàng)造，是阿里和螞蟻需要共同迎接的挑戰(zhàn)。

面對挑戰(zhàn)，我們勇敢向前！經(jīng)過慎重考慮，我們作出如下決定：

Dear Ant Fellows,

This year marks the 20th anniversary ofAlibaba Group as well as Alipay’s 15th anniversary. Starting from theintroduction of escrow transaction service to build the trust between buyersand sellers on Taobao 15 years ago, to the application of new technology suchas blockchain, we have been focused on overcoming the challenge presented bylack of trust. Over the past 15 years, we have been in a contest with building“trust” but we believe that by using digital technology to solve for this challenge,we will significantly lower the associated costs for doing business. It willtake us one step closer to fulfilling the mission to “make it easy to dobusiness anywhere”.

As Alibaba and Ant’s business becomeincreasingly globalized, we have come to appreciate the tremendous opportunityand demand that is out there. Demand for digital technology from consumers andsmall businesses alike in many countries is significantly stronger than whatwas imagined. Addressing these unmet demands and helping them create new valueis an opportunity for Alibaba and Ant under the backdrop of the ongoingtechnology revolution. We will take on this challenge with courage andconviction!

Following careful consideration, I am pleasedto announce the following appointments, effective immediately:

1.   The future market potential ofour globalization strategy has far exceeded our imagination and, as such, Ineed to dedicate more of my time and energy towards this priority. AntInternational business group, Smart Technology business group, HR, Finance andStrategic Investments will report directly to me in my role as ExecutiveChairman of Ant Financial. Angel ZHAO (Zhixue) will assume new role asPresident of Ant Financial International business group, and provide full supportto me to drive globalization agenda. Douglas FEAGIN will serve as Co-Presidentof Ant Financial International business group, with responsibility forinternational strategic partnerships, strategic investments, Glocal governanceand post-investment management, as well as development of credit technology andproducts in international markets.

2.   Simon HU (Sunquan) will assumeresponsibility as CEO of Ant Financial. Alipay business group, Digital Financebusiness group, CTO division, CMO division, Safety & Security division,Smart Customer Funds unit, Risk Management unit, Customer Services & RightsProtection unit, and other enabling platform divisions will report to Simon. Asa veteran of Alipay, founder of Ant credit loans for small and micro business,and instrumental leader at Alibaba Cloud, Simon will lead the team and ourbusiness to the next level by focusing on meeting the growing domestic demandin China, helping more service industries to engage in successful digitaltransformation and development. His limitless passion, outstanding leadershipand wealth of technology commercialization experience makes him the perfectleader for Ant at this important juncture. Simon will continue to directlyreport to me.

3.   CHENG Li (Lusu) will no longerserve as Ant Financial CTO and Ant Financial International business group COO.He will assume new role as Alibaba Group CTO. We are grateful to Lusu forestablishing Ant’s world-class leading technology infrastructure, and leadingthe International team to achieve important strategic breakthroughs. We areproud that he will be taking on bigger challenges! HU Xi (Axi) will assumeresponsibility as Ant CTO, reporting to Simon. As Deputy Chairman of theAlibaba Technology Committee, Lusu will also provide guidance to Axi. As arepresentative of the company management team who is born in the 1980s, we hopeto see Axi assume even greater responsibility in the future.
